• Monitoring and analytics
• Technical support and consulting

3. User Accounts

To use our services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Payment Terms

Our payment terms are as follows:

• Services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• Late payments may result in service suspension

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit harmful, threatening, or offensive content
• Engage in activities that may harm our infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

6. Service Level Agreement

We commit to maintaining the following service levels:

• 99.9% uptime for cloud infrastructure services
• 24/7 monitoring of core services
• Response time: Critical issues within 1 hour
• Regular maintenance windows with advance notice

7. Limitation of Liability

Mevinai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

• Your access to services will be discontinued
• You will be responsible for all fees incurred
• Data may be deleted after 30 days

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
